Here at PCS, our Customer Service Department goes beyond traditional ‘Dispatch or Logistics’ functions. We’ve named it Customer Service to emphasize its role in providing constant updates and vital information about ongoing work to our external customers. This department also acts as the central hub for our internal customers (employees and family members), managing everything from job reception and Tank Barge PIC dispatch to ongoing job updates, record-keeping, and ensuring the successful completion of every transfer.
The positive attitude and enthusiasm that permeate our management team are channeled through our Customer Service Supervisors, directly influencing our customers and Tank Barge PICs.
