PCS employs skilled, customer service-driven Tank Barge Persons in Charge (PICs) who are not only continuously trained but also adhere to the strictest standards set by the US Coast Guard (USCG), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the facilities we visit. Licensed by the USCG to handle Dangerous Liquids, Liquefied Gases, H2S, Vapor Recovery, Fire Fighting, and Emergency Response, our Tank Barge PICs represent our clients as extensions of their operations on their equipment.
